Jon is extremely knowledgable about the various areas of the city in which we were interested in looking for a home. He was able to help us find a home we love that met our needs, in an area we love. We relocated across the country, during the pandemic. Pretty daunting! Jon helped us through the entire process. His availability to answer questions and provide guidance/information throughout our year-long relocation process, from start to finish, made our move much easier, and safer. When it came down to negotiating, his knowledge and experience gave us the edge we needed to purchase our dream home. All parties are happy!
