Jon was extremely helpful to us as first time home buyers. We were not very familiar with the process, but he was able to explain all of the details to ensure we understood everything that was going on. We never felt that he was pressuring us to buy any houses. In fact, he would honestly tell us when he felt the house was not right, and we agreed. He made sure that we found the house that was right for us and within our budget. He was very responsive and made himself available often so that we could see houses in a timely manner.
