We would absolutely recommend Jon for anyone buying a home! He is responsive, honest, and used to work in construction/flip houses, so when we would go see homes, he could point out structural, electrical, and plumbing concerns or positives that we wouldn’t have known on our own. Our budget was on the smaller side, but we never felt like the commission he would make on our sale ever factored into the level of service or commitment. We cannot recommend him enough. Throughout the home buying process, we came across a realtor (the listing agent of a home we were under contact on) who was the defining example of all the horrible things a real estate agent can be and how much more stressful it makes the process. Ultimately, that contract fell through, and Jon helped us remain positive – and we found and purchased our dream home!
