Jon worked with me during the entire year-long construction of my new townhouse. He was there every step of the way. He advised me on what upgrades would add resale value to my home and he pointed out things that I would have never thought to consider. He negotiated on my behalf directly with the builder. Even my builder was like “where did you find this guy? he is the most knowledgeable of any realtor we ever worked with.”

My home-buying process was a breeze and drama-free. He’s a great realtor, and just an all-around good person. A real pleasure to work with and know.
