As first-time homebuyers we were a bit hesitant and reluctant to put our trust in someone to help with this process. Jon’s enthusiasm and knowledge helped put us at ease and made us confident that he had our best interests in mind. He worked closely with us throughout the process, from the very beginnings, advising us as to what size house we should be looking at, location, etc. to the inspections and final negotiations. He was there with us every step of the way and we could always count on him to give us his honest opinion and advice. We don’t plan on relocating any time soon, as we are very happy with the property he helped us to find, but we would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for a house in the area!
