Jon is a former neighbor of mine whom I only knew for one year before selling our home. I knew immediately upon meeting him, that when the time came he was the realtor I’d feel most confident about. I interviewed several others just to confirm my initial thoughts, since this is such a life changing event. Jon was professional, kind, sensitive and very much a realist about our home, the market at the time and pricing. He had very good knowledge of the area and did a fabulous job at capturing our homes best features in print and photos. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and efficient Jon made the marketing, sale and settlement of our home.
