Jon was a pleasure to work with throughout our entire home buying process. It is evident that he has comprehensive knowledge about the inner workings and systems of homes and knows the right questions to ask both the lenders and the sellers. Jon couldn’t be further from the pushy real estate broker that some people encounter and on more than one occasion, he talked us out of buying a home because of structural or not-so-evident issues that would have come back to bite us.
