As a first time homebuyer and a Veteran, I had a lot of questions and I was not afraid to ask until I understood what was at hand. When I started my search I went with a regular realtor unbeknownst to me that I needed someone that knew about VA loans. There was a lot of mistakes and corrections made, no fault of their own they just were not familiar enough with VA loans, so thatâ€TMs when I decided to do a Google search and thankfully I came across Jon C. realty video on YouTube. I contacted him that same day and since then I feel extremely fortunate. Jon C. is very knowledgeable in realty but even better heâ€TMs flipped homes in the past, which to me was an advantage, being that I was on a budget and I do not mind a little DIY. I appreciate his patience (thanks Jon!) and once I am ready to sell I will definitely be going with Jon again.
