Jon, is incredibly knowledgeable and a real asset to have with you in the home buying process. In our price range most of the homes were, to some extent, “fixer-uppers,” Jon’s knowledge of remodeling was so helpful to us in determining what was doable for us and what would be getting in over our heads. The whole home buying process can be so frustrating I really don’t know how people who don’t use Jon end up with homes in the end. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family members and if you are not using him for your next home purchase I wish you luck but question your choices in life.
