Jon and his team were beyond amazing to work with. Jon is not only personable and fun to work with, but he knows houses inside and out..literally. He can spot problem areas in construction, mold, roof issues, water issues and is always sure to point them out. We became desperate at points in the crazy 2020/2021 market and he never led us astray. We were ready to settle and overpay on a few houses and he was able to help keep our heads on straight and keep us directed at our goals. We finally ended up purchasing our dream home and it was all thanks to Jon. While many other realtors would have been happy to see us buy any house and get us off their backs, Jon never made us feel like a pain (we saw houses for over a year and were extremely picky), he always had a positive attitude, and he is the reason we have the home we have and love today. We can’t say enough positive things about the experience working with Jon and his team. Everything from touring a house, putting in an offer, settlement and beyond was easy as could be. Not to mention he sold our house in less than a week- another extremely smooth process where Jon, Madeline and the team took care everything for us.
