Jon was an absolutely top notch realtor for us during the summer of 2014. For both the purchase of our new home in Newton Square and the rental process for our previous residence in Drexel Hill, Jon walked us through every step in the process. He was always available to look at a new listing, join us during the home inspection or to make sure everything was in order for the big settlement day. What we believe set Jon apart from his peers is both is attention to detail and the amount of time he took to make sure we understood what was going on during every part of what can be a confusing home-buying process. Jon was truly an excellent negotiator for us as well, making sure we achieved an excellent price, a great mortgage plan and were getting a house that was in good condition. We will certainly use Jon again for any real estate transaction in the future.
