During the extremely stressful time of buying a house they were there to answer any question possible no matter how big or small. They used their resources and contacts to find us a mortgage company, a house inspector, radon tester, and everything else we needed. They even did the scheduling all I had to do was show up to the appointment. They gave us a schedule on when everything that was due with a detailed outline of what was expected of us. They go way beyond the call of duty and will do everything in their power to make your experience smooth and easy. They went as far as reading over our 100+ page HOA information packet and shrink it down to something more manageable; that had all the essential information. That is what put me over the edge and let me know that this company really cares about us and is willing to do anything and everything for us.
