I would highly recommend Jon. I was a first time buyer and Jon’s expertise and insight were invaluable. My home buying process was a complicated one and Jon’s knowledge was a great help. My first attempted purchase fell through at settlement because of an issue with the seller. I ended up having to go to court to try to get my deposit money back from the seller. Jon came to court with me and testified on my behalf. With his help, I won the case and got the deposit money back. When I eventually found another house almost a year later, it ended up having an issue with the title. Due to Jon’s persistence and diligent work, I was able to get a clear title and now I’m very happy with the new house. Overall, I would completely recommend Jon to anyone looking to buy a house.
