Philip McCarthy

Philip is a licensed Associate Broker in PA and holds the distinguished GRI – Graduate Realtors Institute – designation. He has worked in the Philadelphia area for over 30 years and in addition to previously owning his own firm, worked as a real estate manager for Fannie Mae in Philadelphia, specializing in the sale of REO properties and holds the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification from the National Association of Realtors.  He is also a licensed real estate instructor and taught real estate classes at Montgomery County Community College for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table to assist his buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.
