Joel previously worked as a District Manager in the residential painting industry while attending the University of Pittsburgh. Joel has overseen hundreds of residential painting projects all over the state of Pennsylvania over the course of three years. Joel also earned a bachelors degree from the College of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. He currently works as a full time as a Production Coordinator overseeing home improvement projects with Home Genius Exteriors. Throughout his career he has learned that attention to detail and listening to each individual client’s needs is the key to delivering an excellent product. The same is true with real estate, Joel looks forward to expanding my career while helping clients purchase, sell or renovate their home. Joel will be joining the Suburban West Realtors Association and will be working with the best real estate brokerage in the state in order to help clients find the home of their dreams or sell their current property.
